As part of our ministry, we hire out our three halls and smaller rooms to individuals and community groups throughout the week.

Barclay Hall

The Barclay Hall, the hall furthest away from the Church, can accommodate up to 90 people, and has 8 long folding tables and 7 half size tables and 90 chairs.  An upright piano and large screen can be made available if requested.

The dimensions of the hall are 7.30m wide and 13.50m long. 

The very large kitchen comes complete with an urn, two industrial gas cookers, microwave, fridge freezer and industrial dishwasher.  If requested, crockery and cutlery may be made available.

There is disabled access to the main entrance, and as well as designated  male and female toilets, there is a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.

 

One off hire - £24.50 per hour for the first three hours of hire, then £12.25 per hour thereafter. (plus a Winter Fuel levy of £1.25 per hour October to end of March only)

Regular Hire -  £14.75 per hour. (plus a Winter fuel levy of £1.25 per hour October to end March only)

Hunt Room

​The Hunt Room, which is the hall nearest to the church, can accommodate up to 40 people, and has two long folding tables and 6 low level wooden tables, chairs and an electric piano.  There are also 20 small children's chairs which are available on request. 

A very small kitchen with an urn, kettle, fridge and a very limited amount of crockery is available upstairs from the hall. 

 

There are two toilets, one of which is a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.

One off hire - £19.00 per hour for the first three hours of hire, then £9.50 per hour thereafter. (plus a Winter fuel levy of £1.50 per hour October to end of March only)

Regular hire - £11.50 per hour. (plus a Winter fuel levy of £1.25 per hour October to end of March only)

Ark Room

The Ark room, which is situated upstairs from the Hunt Room, can accommodate up to 30 people and has 4 long folding tables, several small coffee tables, comfortable chairs and an electric keyboard.

One off hire - £17.00 per hour for the first three hours of hire, then £8.25 per hour thereafter.

Regular hire -£10.00 per hour.

Smaller Rooms

One off hire - £8.50 per hour for the first three hours of hire, then £4.25 per hour thereafter.

Regular hire - £6.30 per hour.

We also require a refundable security deposit in the sum of £100 (preferably by cheque, made payable to Hoddesdon PCC), payable at the time of booking.

Parking

Parking on the premises is limited, and anybody using the halls is able to use the spaces if available!  However, use of the car park is not part of the hiring fees.  There are several council car parks in the near vicinity of the halls.
